01. The determination of an idealist

After working in a traditional enterprise for two decades and holding a senior management position for five years, Jiang Shuhui was physically and mentally exhausted due to internal power struggles, interest transfers and management conflicts within the company. In the early stage of starting a business, 200,000 yuan in advance payments from two clients were stolen by hackers due to telecom fraud and transferred to the UK. 04. Demax's name

On February 16, 2013, with the meaning of "Shangde" which embodies the quality of "responsibility" and "moving forward", the founding team officially determined the Chinese name of the company and registered the predecessor of Demax Group, "Demax Building Decoration Materials Co., LTD.", and named it "DEMAX" in English.
